Client Case: Twilio Verify Integration for More Reliable OTP Delivery

The challenge

For MLM companies working across multiple countries, user verification is not always as simple as sending a one-time password and waiting for the user to enter it.

In some regions, OTP delivery can be unstable. Messages may arrive late, get blocked by local carriers, or fail to reach the user at all. For partners, this creates frustration: they cannot log in, confirm an action, or continue working in their personal account. For the company, it creates extra support requests and unnecessary friction inside the network.

This becomes especially important in markets where SMS delivery is more complicated, such as China and other regions with stricter telecom routing rules.



The solution

We integrated Twilio Verify into the MLM Soft platform to improve OTP code delivery and make user verification more reliable.

Now, when a partner needs to confirm access or complete verification, the system can use Twilio Verify to deliver the OTP code through a stronger verification infrastructure. The goal is simple: fewer failed delivery cases, fewer delays, and a smoother login experience for users in different countries.

This update fits into the broader direction of our platform development: making access, security, and user activity more transparent and easier to manage.
